Our series of workshops are fun and tasty, and meaningful. All based on the concept of presence, mindfulness and being in the moment. Learn to cook a new dish, improv on stage, practice some Muay Thai, and welcome vulnerability.
Yoga and Meditation
We’ll begin everyday with Yoga and Meditation led by our experienced instructors. We will focus on vital breathing, conscious movement, increased balance and the liberation of the spine and mind. During our meditations, we’ll learn about affirmations and visualizations.
Art and Writing
To stretch those creative muscles, we’ll explore how writing or creating can impact your life (and your mind). Just like art class back in the day, you’ll simply enjoy the nostalgia of hands-on-crafts. We want to connect with and bring out the child in you.
We’re going to spend some time in nature. Koh Phangan is 70% national preserve filled with waterfalls and epic view points. During our treks we’ll practice mindfulness and awareness of our surroundings to best appreciate where we are.
Dining is one of the lost arts in today’s social media world. Here, no one will be able to take a photo of their food, and now we’ll be forced to talk to each other, OH NO! Don’t fret, dinners will be at some of our favorite restaurants, and you’ll learn to engage with people again.
Excursion and Spa Day
There is a relaxing aspect to the retreat. We want you to not only learn how to detach, but also learn to enjoy your free time without the tech. We’ve planned a full Spa day, Island day full of activities, and a free day for you to do whatever it is that calls your attention.
In Koh Phangan, a traditional detox retreat will help you find a healthy life from a dietary and physical perspective.
